Through a series of video tutorials you will learn step by step how I teach skills to my dogs. You will be able ask questions and post videos for feedback as often as you like. Each tutorial will vary in the number of “lessons” depending on the complexity of the skill. Tutorials will remain available to participants for approximately one month after the “class” ends.
Skills and drills exercises will be included to test and proof your training.
Tutorials will be through a private Facebook group. Treat them as your own private lesson!
Teaching your dog to understand how to use his body to collect and make tight turns is important stuff in agility. As a handler we aren’t always there to cue turns appropriately with our bodies. A verbal cue that helps tell your dog just what you need him to do will make both your lives so much easier.
We will be starting from the ground up to build your dog’s understanding of the behavior. The class will run via a private Facebook group. Lessons will be posted each week and students are encouraged to ask questions, start discussion and post videos for feedback as often as you like.
Once we train the behavior and get it on cue we’ll be adding speed in the form of drills and short exercises.
The class will run for two months and the Facebook group will be open for approximately one month afterward. Session begins on March 9th. The cost is $35.
